World War I

(#2100-034 DVD color/bw 60:00 - incl. PPR)
It was the first war of the industrial age, a ghastly endeavor where man turned his ingenuity and brilliance toward self-destruction. The Great War ravaged Europe, and transformed many aspects of life in the Unite States as well. Population migration, new roles for women, the erosion of civil liberties. The reverberations of World War I would echo throughout the 20th century.
